Rates & Availability
We’re happy to consider bookings of any duration. Bookings of short or long duration, as well as those that fall across two differently priced months, will be calculated according to the applicable rate at the time of your stay.
We operate a strict check-in and check-out policy. Check-in is 2 pm and check-out is midday on the day you fly home. We can arrange earlier check-in and later check out (subject to availability and a fee).

Booking with us
We require a 20% (non-refundable) deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before your departure date. Please note any monies received are subject to a zero refund policy.
After booking, we’ll email you a welcome letter confirming your stay and a receipted invoice showing any payments received and any outstanding amounts.
Payment can be made by bank transfer and full account details of where to make the payment will be emailed to you. We also accept payment using Credit and Debit cards via Paypal (this may carry a surcharge).
